A purchase is missing

Open a locked story, tap Grown-up area, answer the grown-up question and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Family Sharing

Every book, including the all-four-books purchase, supports Family Sharing. When the family organizer has Purchase Sharing turned on, family members get the books on their own devices. It can take a moment to appear; Restore purchases refreshes it.

Ask to Buy

If Ask to Buy is on, a purchase waits until the family organizer approves it. The store screen shows that approval is pending, and the book opens by itself once approved.

What is free

The first story in every book is free and complete: painting, animation, sound and replay. Each of the four books can be bought once and kept, or all four together in one purchase. There is no subscription, and future books are sold separately.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Tips for little hands

• Painting works with one or two fingers; the brush is deliberately large.
• Tap the circular arrow to paint a page again.
• Use Guided Access (Settings › Accessibility) to keep a child inside the app.
• The app follows the silent switch and Reduce Motion.

Requirements

iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later. Landscape only. No internet connection needed after download.
