Privacy Policy

Water Magic is a picture-book app for young children, published in the App Store Kids category for ages 5 and under. It is built so that it does not need to know anything about your child or your family.

The short version

• The app collects no personal data and sends nothing from your device to us or to anyone else.
• There are no accounts, sign-ins, advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs.
• The app works offline and contains no links to websites or social media reachable by a child.

What stays on the device

The app keeps one small setting on the device: whether a grown-up purchase request (Ask to Buy) is waiting for approval, so the store screen can say so. It never leaves the device and is removed when the app is deleted. Painting on a page is not saved or uploaded.

Purchases

Books are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. The app only learns from Apple which books are owned, so it can open them. Purchases and restore are behind a grown-up check.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). Because the app collects nothing, there is no child data to review, correct or delete.

This website

watermagicapp.com is a static website without cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses briefly to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect in the app.
